Triplit subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. If you believe you were charged in error, experienced a duplicate charge, or encountered a technical billing issue, email [email protected]. Refunds for digital services may be granted at our discretion in cases such as duplicate charges, technical errors, or other exceptional circumstances.
If you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, their respective refund processes and policies may apply.
After cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges occur once canceled.
